ADM was named one of the world’s most admired companies in the food production industry by Fortune Magazine for the 15th year in a row.
The Turkish Statistical Institute (TURKSTAT) published the 2022 Plant Production Statistics prepared with the data collected and processed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. According to the released statistics, the production of cereals, other plant products, and fruits increased compared to the previous year. Cereal production volumes increased by 21.3% in 2022 compared to the previous year with 38.7 million tons.
International food commodity prices are coming down for ten months in a row according to FAO report. The price indices for vegetable oils, dairy and sugar drove the January decline, while those for cereals and meat remained largely stable.
Data collected from 12th annual global feed survey estimates world feed production remains steady with a slight decrease of 0.42% to 1.266 billion metric tons. Pet feed shows most significant growth while beef feed begins to moderate.
