Tiryaki Agro has acquired Ozark Organics, a U.S.-based organic feed producer. Through its Canada-based subsidiary, Sunrise Foods International, the company has taken a step closer to the end consumer with this acquisition.

Tiryaki Agro continues to grow in the organic agricultural products market. The company's Canada-based subsidiary, Sunrise Foods International, announced the acquisition of a majority stake in organic feed producer Ozark Organics. Located in Buffalo, Missouri, USA, Ozark Organics operates an organic feed factory that began production in 2019, using organic corn and organic soybean meal as key ingredients in its specialized feed formulations.

Through this acquisition, Sunrise Foods aims to provide high-quality organic feed products, particularly to egg producers in the Midwest region of the U.S. This strategic move is of great importance for Sunrise Foods International in solidifying its presence in the organic feed industry."
