Skiold
has appointed Martin Rindom as Head of Sales for the EMEA region. In his new
role, Rindom will oversee sales activities across the company’s core business
areas, including feed production, grain and seed processing, and livestock
housing systems.
Martin Rindom will be responsible for coordinating sales operations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, working within Skiold’s existing sales organization. His remit covers solutions ranging from feed milling plants and grain handling systems to integrated pig and poultry housing projects.
Rindom has more than 25 years of experience in the agricultural and industrial sectors. He has held senior commercial positions such as Sales Director and Head of Export, where he was involved in managing large-scale and complex construction and installation projects. Prior to joining Skiold, he served as Chief Commercial Officer at GreenFarm, a company active in farm-scale biogas solutions for agriculture.
The company states that the appointment supports its aim to develop markets and customer segments across the EMEA region. It operates with an export ratio of around 90% and maintains subsidiaries in six countries, with sales activities spanning both developed and emerging markets.
Founded in Denmark in 1877, the company is a full-line supplier of feed milling plants, grain storage and handling systems, seed cleaning and processing equipment, and pig and poultry farming solutions. The company employs more than 600 people globally and is owned by Solix Group.
