Novus International appoints new EMEA head

Novus International has named Dr. Volker Seidl as the new head for its EMEA regions, succeeding the retiring Dr. Uwe Ranft. This strategic transition aims to continue the company's growth and commitment to innovative nutritional solutions in the global market.

In an announcement made on early September, Novus International revealed Dr. Volker Seidl as the successor to Dr. Uwe Ranft, who will be retiring from his position as the managing director for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) regions and global strategic accounts. Dr. Ranft's tenure, spanning 20 years, has seen him fortify Novus's presence in the EMEA sectors. Ed Galo, Senior Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer, praised Ranft's commitment and accomplishments over the years.

Dr. Seidl, who joined Novus in 2021, will inherit responsibilities that include shaping the commercial strategy within the EMEA region, managing sales and technical teams, and further strengthening global strategic accounts. Galo expressed confidence in Seidl's capabilities, emphasizing his past successes in forging vital partnerships.

The transition will commence immediately and be finalized by January 1, 2024, when Seidl's new role becomes official. Dr. Ranft will then assume a senior advisory role until his retirement on March 31, 2024. Novus International, renowned for its innovative nutritional solutions, remains a global leader in aiding protein producers to achieve optimal results.
