The rules that manufacturers and integrated firms must comply with in the production of poultry are revamped. The relevant regulation was published in the Official Gazette on 27 October.

The Ministry of Food, Agriculture, and Livestock has determined the contractual production between the integrated firm and the producer in the production of poultry in accordance with certain principles that the manufacturer must comply with to ensure sustainability in production, obtain products conforming to the standards and conduct planned production. Pursuant to the Regulation on the Procedures Regarding Contractual Production in Poultry Production, published in the Official Gazette on October 27, the parties will be able to impose special provisions, provided that they do not contradict with other relevant legislation. The contracts made before the date of publication of the Regulation will remain valid.
