Raddatz, with extensive agriculture and nutrition expertise, steps into a
pivotal role as the new Key Account Manager at IFF's Danisco Division.
In a recent move, the Danisco Animal Nutrition & Health unit of IFF (International Flavors & Fragrances Inc.) has enlisted the expertise of Brandon Raddatz as their new Key Account Manager. With a deep-rooted history in production agriculture and animal nutrition, Raddatz is expected to infuse the role with his vast experience.
Born on a family farm in western Nebraska, Raddatz's beginnings in agriculture were both authentic and earnest. His academic endeavors took him to the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, where he pursued a degree in agribusiness. His professional odyssey includes a notable tenure at the Archer Daniels Midland Co (ADM). While at ADM, Raddatz navigated the challenging terrain of commodity trading, particularly sunflowers, canola, flax, and soybeans. He also explored the realm of selling meal co-products across various feed markets and made strides in the consumer market of refined cooking oils.
Spanning over 23 years, Raddatz's career encompasses a broad spectrum, from oilseed processing and amino acids to specialized feed additives. A constant in his professional journey has been his commitment to forging lasting customer relationships. Before stepping into his role at IFF's Danisco Animal Nutrition & Health, Raddatz sharpened his skills in the yeast and probiotic animal feed sector at Phileo by Lesaffre.
Now making his home in Bentonville, Arkansas with his family, Raddatz’s association with IFF positions him to deploy his expertise across not just the familiar terrains of Northwest Arkansas, but the wider expanses of North America.
Speaking about his new role, Raddatz said, "Joining IFF - Danisco Animal Nutrition & Health is an incredible opportunity for me. I am eager to contribute to an organization that shares my commitment to delivering high-quality products and services to customers and I look forward to working with our talented team."
