The IPARD III Program,
implemented in cooperation between Türkiye and the European Union, has
published its 2026 call schedule. With €241 million in grants, the program aims
to support around €400 million in new rural investments and create thousands of
jobs.
Implemented by Türkiye’s Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry through its relevant agency TKDK, the IPARD III Program offers significant investment opportunities for rural areas under the 2026 call schedule. Minister Yumaklı stated that the program will provide €241 million in grant support, enabling an estimated €400 million in new investments.
Under the program, calls in April will focus on farm diversification and business development, May will target investments in the processing and marketing of agricultural and fishery products, June will cover physical assets of agricultural enterprises, and July will introduce rural public infrastructure projects available to local governments outside major metropolitan areas. Grant rates range from 50% to 75%, with up to €3 million available for projects such as water treatment, solid waste facilities, and renewable energy systems.
Since 2011, IPARD programs have provided grants to more than 27,000 projects totaling TL 129 billion, generating employment for over 107,000 people. Positive discrimination for women and young entrepreneurs through extra points and grant support has contributed to an inclusive and sustainable impact on rural development.
The new calls are set to offer major opportunities for investors and the agricultural sector while making a meaningful contribution to the rural economy.
