Although JPT becomes an independent subsidiary within the Tornum Group, expertise and knowledge will be shared across the companies within the group. Tornum adds new products to JPT’s offering, which enable the company to serve existing and new customers with an even wider range of products. Furthermore, as part of Tornum Group, JPT will be able serve the current customer base even more efficiently and cost-effectively. Over time the deal aims to accelerate JPT’s growth outside Finland.
