The feed industry is growing rapidly. The increase in total feed production because of improvements in animal husbandry has brought along the increase in demand for feed machinery. In order to obtain animal feed at the right ration and proportions, we need a feed mill established by a specialized team.

Industrial animal feeds are produced by breaking down and mixing grain and similar ingredients at different ratios depending on the target animal group. These ingredients go through several different processes until they turn into pellet feed or granular feed which we call finished goods. Each process affects the quality of the final product.

Without any doubts, the most important expense item in bovine, ovine and poultry husbandry is the feed cost. The approximate rate of feed in an operating cost of an animal is around 70 percent. When we examine the general structure of feed mills, we can list the main processes as crushing, mixing, pelletizing and packing. The better the main processes are designed within a feed plant, the more quality the feed will be. The expected yield from the animal fed with these feeds will be directly proportional to the quality of the feed. All processes which we can rank as establishing the feed factory, preparing the feed and the giving the feed to the animal are interrelated and linked. The beginning and maintenance of this process hinge upon possessing a well-designed feed mill established by a team of experts.
