Nutriline’s Kocaeli premix facility brings new momentum to the industry

Nutriline Yem ve Besin Katkı Maddeleri has launched a cutting-edge premix facility in Kocaeli, Turkey. The plant enhances global feed additive markets with innovative, high-quality production and strategic export potential.

On May 30, 2025, Nutriline opened its advanced premix facility in Kocaeli’s Ali Kahya Organized Industrial Zone, marking a significant step for Turkey’s feed industry. Spanning 5,540 m², the high-tech plant boasts a 25,000-ton annual production capacity. Its first unit is operational, with the second unit to be activated based on future demand. At the opening, Nutriline’s Chairman of the Board, Hüsamettin Perçin, stated, “This factory reflects our belief in the industry’s future and our drive to lead innovation.”

The facility features automated production processes, 56 silos, and AI-supported traceability systems, ensuring high quality and flexibility. Next-generation executive Murat Yankı Perçin highlighted its strategic location, saying, “This facility is just 3-5 minutes from both the North Marmara and TEM highways.” The opening, attended by Kocaeli Governor İlhami Aktaş and Türkiyembir President Ülkü Karakuş, united industry leaders. Turkey’s 95% reliance on imported feed additives is expected to decrease with this plant. Nutriline’s strategic location and innovative approach strengthen its global market presence.
