Novus International, Inc. has forged a new alliance with Halchemix Canada Inc., marking a significant move in the distribution landscape of animal feed additives in Canada.

In a strategic decision aimed at enhancing accessibility to essential products in the animal agriculture sector, Novus International, Inc. has appointed Halchemix Canada Inc. as its exclusive distribution partner. This partnership, effective March 1, 2024, encompasses trace minerals and feed additives, serving the diverse needs of poultry, swine, and dairy producers across Canada.

“Canada’s geography is expansive. An internal assessment indicated it would take extensive resources to ensure customers receive the products they want and service they deserve if we continued to work in-house,” Mark Moran, Novus’ executive regional sales manager, says. “Working with Halchemix will allow us to reach more poultry, swine, and dairy producers while also providing excellent customer service.”

Halchemix Canada, a reputable entity facilitating inbound and outbound trucking services throughout Canada, brings its extensive expertise to the table.

“I’ve observed NOVUS most of my career,” Lyndon Hiebert, Halchemix Canada’s president says. “I’m excited to partner with a company that has demonstrated its commitment to the research behind its products and has a robust technical team actively evaluating the products for the new challenges and opportunities customers are experiencing.”

The partnership not only aims to streamline distribution channels but also to offer enhanced support and technical assistance to customers. As Novus International continues to navigate regulatory processes, plans are underway to expand the availability of its product range in the Canadian market.
