The Board of Directors of COFCO International has announced the appointment of Dr. Martin Fritsch as a Non-Executive Director. With a background in leading finance functions at VFS Global and over two decades at DHL, Dr. Fritsch's expertise is expected to provide valuable insights into financial management and regulatory compliance. Additionally, his appointment as Chairman of the Audit Committee and Member of the Investment Committee underscores his role in overseeing financial performance and risk management within the company. Dr. Fritsch's international perspective and extensive experience are poised to contribute to COFCO International's strategic decisions, potentially impacting various sectors, including agriculture and animal feed production. His appointment follows the resignation of Pierre Lorinet from the Board in 2023.
