Miller unveils AI assistant for reinsurance operations

Reinsurance broker Miller has introduced MillerMo, an AI tool developed by MillerLabs using Microsoft and OpenAI technologies. The tool, designed as a personal assistant, facilitates tasks such as proofreading, content generation, translation, data analysis, and software development, empowering Miller employees to streamline administrative duties and focus on core responsibilities.

Miller, a leading specialist in (re)insurance brokerage, has launched MillerMo, an AI tool crafted by MillerLabs, the company's in-house innovation incubator. Powered by Microsoft and OpenAI technologies, MillerMo serves as a versatile personal assistant, offering functionalities like proofreading, content generation, translation, data analysis, and software development.

The initiative is part of Miller's commitment to leveraging AI for the benefit of its employees and clients. MillerMo, utilizing Azure's OpenAI GPT4-32k model, ensures a secure, internal-only tool accessible through office and mobile devices. The tool's implementation aims to automate administrative tasks, enabling Miller's workforce to concentrate on essential aspects of their roles.
