Adisseo improves CDP climate disclosure rating to B

Adisseo has received a B rating from the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) for environmental transparency in its latest assessment. The score marks an improvement from a D rating in the previous year and reflects changes in the company’s climate disclosure and risk management practices.

According to Adisseo, the company advanced from a D rating in 2024 to a B rating in 2025 under CDP’s climate change assessment framework, which evaluates companies on governance, risk management, targets, and transparency related to environmental performance. CDP ratings range from A to D and are used by investors and stakeholders to benchmark climate-related disclosure and preparedness.

The company stated that the year-on-year improvement followed a structured internal process, including preparation for compliance with the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). Adisseo also cited learnings from its initial CDP submission and the completion of audits at production sites as contributing factors to strengthening environmental risk management and reporting processes.

CDP operates as an independent global non-profit organization that collects and assesses environmental data from companies worldwide. Its disclosure system is widely referenced in ESG risk analysis and investment decision-making. Adisseo noted that the updated rating is part of its broader approach to environmental reporting and climate-related governance.

Adisseo is a global animal nutrition company active in feed additives and nutritional solutions for poultry, swine, ruminants, aquaculture, and other livestock sectors. In 2024, the company reported turnover of €2.04 billion and stated it serves more than 4,200 customers worldwide.
