Matlı Yem invests in feed plant in Polatlı after Burdur

Matlı Group, one of Turkey's leading feed producers, began a factory construction in Ankara Polatlı after its feed plant in Burdur was put into service. The new plant is scheduled to be completed by March 2020. Producing 2 million 653 thousand tons of feed per year, the company aims to reach 10 factories by the year 2023.

Matlı Feed, one of Turkey's leading industrialists with its 2 million 653 thousand tons of feed production in its 7 plant throughout the country continues non-stop investment steps. The company, which is conducting ovine, bovine and poultry feed at its Karacabey, Konya, Turgutlu, Çorlu, Samsun, Gaziantep and Burdur plants with Proyem brand, started the construction of the seventh feed factory in Polatlı, Ankara. The feed plant, which was put into service in 2018 in Burdur, has a packing capacity of 80 tons/hour. The facility is able to ship 120 tons of packaged products per hour with 4 weighing scales in total and 100 tons of bulk feed per hour on 2 lines. The plant in Ankara Polatlı is built on 22.179 m2 closed area and is located on a 38.036 m2 land. The production capacity of the factory, which is planned as 4 + 1 production line, is planned to be completed in March this year. In the first stage, 4 lines with a capacity of 80 tons/h will be installed. Proyem Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, ranked the 137th in "Turkey's Top 500 Industrial Enterprises" list, a study conducted by Istanbul Chamber of Industry every year, based on the data from 2018. Matlı Group, which is the 98th largest feed producer in the world among approximately 30 thousand enterprises producing feed according to WATT data, aims to serve with 10 factories by 2023.
