Moving rapidly towards being one of the leading global brands in milling technologies, Imas produces grain and feed milling machinery, and builds turnkey projects worldwide. Having operated in the industry for 35 years, Imas has recently distinguished itself with significant achievements on a global scale.
In 2023, Imas became the export leader of Türkiye in the grain and feed milling machinery categories for the first time. This success was driven by its machine exports to numerous countries in mainly Middle East, Africa, the Americas, Europe, the Far East, Russia, and CIS regions.
According to the 2024 year-end export data, Imas once again ranked among the leading companies of Türkiye in the food machinery and equipment category. Moreover, based on its total export volume in grain processing machinery (classified under HS Code 8437.80) and feed milling machinery (classified under HS Code 8436.10), the company achieved again being the "Export Leader of Türkiye" in milling technologies. This consecutive achievement proves the pioneering position of Imas among the leading companies of Türkiye, operating in both grain and feed milling machinery industries.

Not only the export leadership, Imas also has been listed among Top 250 R&D Leaders of Türkiye since 2015 and moreover among Top 10 R&D Leaders of Turkish machinery industry in all segments, based on the list of R&D expenditures of companies released by Turkishtime. With this degree, Imas has also the R&D leadership in milling technologies industry of Türkiye.

Manufacturing machinery and also serving as a turnkey solution partner, Imas completed around 20 milling projects worldwide in 2024. In addition, the company currently has 40 ongoing projects worldwide in its existing project inventory.
Grain milling projects (including flour, semolina, and corn flour) completed by Imas in the last year were primarily located in Middle East, North Africa, and South Asia, while the company also completed feed milling projects mainly operated in Middle East, West Africa, and certain CIS countries.
Additionally, Imas currently has 11 ongoing medium and large scale grain milling projects (300 tons/day - 720 tons/day), and more than 15 ongoing medium and large capacity (5 tons/hour - 30 tons/hour) feed milling projects in different parts of the world.
Imas also stands out with its proven global expertise in "Mega Mill" projects.
Imas successfully completed one of Africa's largest flour mill projects with a capacity of 2.400 TPD for Nigerian industry giant BUA Foods at the end of 2023. Moreover, Imas will also build a second project for BUA Foods with a total capacity of 3.200 TPD based on a second agreement signed in August 2024. As well as building turnkey projects, Imas has established itself as a reliable solution partner for "Mega Mill" projects today thanks to its global experience and expertise.
