Our modern manufacturing facility located in the Gebze Organized Industrial Zone is equipped with a fully automated production line built by Bühler to ensure the highest quality. We have the latest technology to precisely dose, mix, and homogenize raw materials down to the smallest detail. With our microdosing technology, we can make precise measurements up to 200 grams, while maintaining control over every stage of production with traceability systems.

However, for us, quality is not limited to production processes alone. To guarantee the quality of our production with scientific data, we work in an integrated manner with F.A.S.T. Lab. (Feed Additives Solution Technologies Laboratory).

F.A.S.T. Lab. is the first laboratory in Turkey to use LC-MS/MS technology in the feed additive sector. With detailed analyses conducted at every stage, from raw materials to finished products, we carefully monitor our production process with scientific data.

We ensure the reliability of each of our products by performing vitamin, mineral, mycotoxin, and amino acid analyses using advanced laboratory equipment such as LC-MS/MS, HPLC, ICP-OES, and Karl Fischer. As part of our collaboration with BASF, we serve as an official partner laboratory for Vitamin A analyses at an international level.

Our laboratory not only verifies the accuracy of premix components but also offers one of the most reliable testing environments in the industry by analyzing the stability, homogenization rates, and contamination risks of the final products. We store samples from each production batch for one year, and through our backward quality tracking system, we oversee every stage of our production processes.
