The acquisition of ESTS allows Cotecna to reinforce its presence in the field of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) assurance and training services. "This acquisition will accelerate our capability building in ESG assurance services in China and in Asia," Sébastien Dannaud, CEO of Cotecna said.
