At TARMAKBİR’s 32nd Ordinary General Assembly, Gökhan Bayramoğlu was unanimously re-elected as chairman. Emphasizing the need for a shared vision in the sector, Bayramoğlu stated they would continue serving as the industry’s institutional memory.

The 32nd Ordinary General Assembly of TARMAKBİR (Turkish Association of Agricultural Machinery and Equipment Manufacturers) was held on June 21, 2025, in Ankara. Following the assembly, the board of directors reappointed Gökhan Bayramoğlu, a board member of Başak Traktör, as chairman.
Ziya Altınöz (Altınöz Agricultural Machinery, Söke) chaired the assembly, with Ali Osman Çalmaz (Anıl Yatağanlı Agricultural Machinery, Konya) and Veliddin Alp Biner (Global Taral Agricultural Machinery, Istanbul) serving as board members. In his opening speech, Bayramoğlu recalled that TARMAKBİR was founded 46 years ago by seven companies, and added, “Today, we are here not just to reflect on the past but to shape the future.”

Highlighting the role of industry associations in public policy, Bayramoğlu said, “I firmly believe that these volunteer-based organizations, whose opinions are highly valued in developed countries, can also offer inspiring policies for the Ministry.”

The assembly was attended by Mehmet Bozdemir, Director General for Metrology and Product Safety at the Ministry of Industry and Technology; Dr. M. Altuğ Atalay, Director General of Agricultural Research and Policies at the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry; and Kutlu Karavelioğlu, Chairman of MAİB and Vice President of TIM, who all addressed the participants.
