To sustain this 450,000-tonne annual capacity, the company is deploying IoT microclimate monitoring, AI-driven flock diagnostics, and feather-to-keratin R&D.

Şenpiliç General Manager Aydın Başyurt outlined the group’s integrated production roadmap, highlighting how end-to-end control, from parent stock and feed mills to hatcheries and processing facilities, drives its 450,000-tonne annual capacity and export operations across nearly 40 countries. Processing roughly 750,000 birds daily, the integrator has expanded its downstream footprint through its Doyfarm brand, tripling monthly capacity to 3,500 tonnes across cooked and deli product lines.

Beyond volume growth, the company is steering capital into smart farming technologies and circular economy initiatives. Manufacturing facilities now utilize IoT monitoring networks for real-time microclimate regulation, while machine learning protocols are being deployed for early disease detection to optimize flock health. Furthermore, Şenpiliç is executing advanced R&D to extract domestic keratin from poultry feathers for the cosmetics sector, alongside new breeding farm investments in Adana and Sakarya.
