(Simeza). This strategic move, in collaboration with Cesco EPC, underscores Tornum’s commitment to becoming a comprehensive supplier in the European and global agricultural markets.

Tornum Group, a global agricultural industry leader, is expanding its influence through a strategic collaboration with Cesco EPC, resulting in the acquisition of Silos Metálicos Zaragoza S.L.U. (Simeza). This move signifies a significant stride in Tornum’s goal to become a comprehensive supplier in European and global agricultural markets.

The agreement entails Tornum acquiring Simeza, a prominent manufacturer specializing in storage solutions, with Cesco EPC securing exclusive distribution rights for Simeza’s products in selected global markets.
