Skretting Chile has made history by becoming the inaugural salmon feed mill worldwide to earn ASC Feed certification, signaling a significant stride in sustainability within the aquafeed industry.

Skretting Chile has secured ASC Feed certification, marking a notable milestone in aquafeed production. This certification, awarded by Control Union after rigorous auditing, recognizes Skretting's adherence to the demanding ASC Feed Standard, which encompasses various environmental and social considerations.

Therese Log Bergjord, CEO of Skretting, expressed pride in this achievement, emphasizing the company's commitment to sustainability. Bergjord stated, "We are extremely proud to be the first salmon feed company in the world to achieve ASC Feed Standard certification. This is a highly demanding standard that moves in the right direction towards ensuring a positive impact across our supply chain."
