KPM Analytics has opened a new office in Orem, Utah, to further its commitment to advancing artificial intelligence (AI) and software solutions in food and agriculture processing. The state-of-the-art 8,200 sq ft facility at the Canyon Park Tech Center will house 75 software developers and data scientists, forming the heart of KPM’s efforts to push the boundaries of machine learning, automation, and data-driven solutions.
The facility is a significant milestone following KPM Analytics’ acquisition of Smart Vision Works, Inc. in 2023. Smart Vision Works has been a pioneer in computer vision systems for food and agriculture industries, particularly in foreign material detection and grading. This acquisition complements KPM’s strategy to incorporate AI into its existing product portfolio, further enhancing product quality and efficiency in food safety and processing.
