The CCPA Group, a union of cooperatives specialized in animal nutrition, has named François Pellet as Group CEO with effect from 1 November 2022.

The CCPA Board, chaired by Mickaël Marcerou, has appointed François Pellet as CEO.

With solid strategic and operational management experience in an international context, François Pellet has spent his entire career to date in the field of animal nutrition.

François Pellet, 51, graduated from the Higher National School of Agriculture at Purpan in Toulouse.

After starting his career in genetics with Hubbard from 1994 to 1998, François Pellet joined CCPA as a poultry nutritionist. In 2001, he joined Nutriway (Provimi Group) in Vietnam and was Manager of Sales, Marketing and Technical Support for 2 years, before becoming Deputy General Manager in 2003. He returned to France in 2005 as Sales and Trading Manager for Centralys, part of the Provimi Group. Since 2007, he has been with the Adisseo Group, a world leader in animal feed additives, as Director of the Vitamins Division, then Director for Europe, Africa and the Middle East, Director for Asia Pacific, and most recently, since 2017, Director of the Speciality Additives Division.

In his new role, François Pellet will head up the whole CCPA Group and its companies. His immediate priorities include a commitment to work together with all teams to turn a new page in the company’s history and to finalize the launch of the Group’s new strategic plan for 2025. A priority area is strengthening joint-working between the Group’s subsidiaries.

“I’ve known the CCPA Group for many years, as a former colleague and as a supplier. I’m delighted to be invited to lead the Group, which has significant expertise and strong values, and look forward to reinforcing it as a top player in the field. My ambition is to accelerate growth by working with the teams to capitalize on the Group’s capacity for innovation,” said François Pellet.
