Dinnissen’s Sampling Unit is now ATEX certified, expanding its suitability for environments classified as hazardous, specifically internal zones 20, 21, and 22, and external zones 21 and 22. Compliant with Directive 2014/34/EU, this certification highlights the unit’s design for the highest safety standards concerning dust explosion risks. The unit can operate in ambient temperatures from -20°C to +60°C, accommodating process temperatures between 0°C and +120°C, and is capable of sampling products with critical explosive properties.

The Sampling Unit automates the sampling process, significantly reducing human error and labor costs. It is designed for producers in food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries, allowing them to collect multiple samples without halting production, thereby enhancing efficiency and maintaining consistent quality. Erik Peeters, Sampling Specialist at Dinnissen, stated, “This is Dinnissen’s contribution to ensuring safe food supplies for both humans and animals, now and in the future.”
