Alapala has achieved another success in the international arena with the 10 tph animal feed mill plant, a turnkey project established for M&Sillosi Kosovo. M&Sillosi is one of the largest wheat flour and ruminant and poultry feed producer in Kosovo with several companies in six different sectors.
Turnkey projects of Alapala, designed with tailor-made and innovative solutions to meet the needs of its business partners, and M&Sillosi plans to increase its investments and develop its production facilities, played an important role in the realisation of this business partnership. The fact that Alapala has offices in many points of the Europen region and offers its extensive service network without interruption is one of the most important factors that allow the realisation of many successful business partnerships projected in this continent.
Strengthening its presence in Kosovo through this business partnership, Alapala completed this successful turnkey animal feed mill project using its own teams and technology, from design to operator training, from installation of automation systems to commissioning.
Built using the latest production process technologies, M&Sillosi new production plant has a capacity of 10 tonnes per hour for processing poultry, ruminant, dairy, layer and turkey feed. M&Sillosi, with its FARMISA feed brand, is a major player in both the retail and wholesale markets and is committed to providing the highest quality products to its portfolio of customers in a wide range of sectors.
The factory management system developed by Alapala, which provides efficient monitoring and control of production processes and is also being used in the M&Sillosi project, allows the process, from the first processing of the raw materials to the packaging of the different types of animal feed, to be monitored from a single centre with instant data, while allowing remote service support in the event of any technical problems.
